Invitation to Our Annual General Meeting

We warmly invite everyone to join us, whether you’re a member or not, to our forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held at the Norfolk Arms in Ringinglow Village, Sheffield. Your presence and participation will be invaluable as we work together to protect and enhance the natural beauty of the Peak District and South Yorkshire countryside.

Date: Thursday, 6th February 2025
Time: 7pm onwards
Location: Norfolk Arms, 2 Ringinglow Village, Sheffield, S11 7TS

The agenda for the evening is as follows:

  • Approval of the Trustees Report and Accounts for 2023
  • Voting on the continuation of 7 Hills Accountancy as the preferred accountants for the charity
  • Any other business (Note: There are no changes to the Board of Trustees to vote on at this meeting)

  • Presentation: The Work and Celebrations of the Charity During Our 100th Year

This meeting comes at a pivotal time for the countryside, with new government policies poised to significantly reshape the local landscapes we cherish.

Attendance, Voting and Questions

The AGM and Talk are open to members and non-members alike however only members can vote.

Voting will be conducted on-line (beforehand) and in-person on the evening. A voting link and invitation has been sent by email to members. Please submit any questions to be considered by the Trustees at the AGM via email to mail@cprepdsy.org.uk before midday on 4th February 2025.
